This service Agreement is between LedSURFIN (hereinafter "we," "our," or "us") and you, our Customer (hereinafter "Customer," "you" or "your"). LedSURFIN, as your service provider, will supply Customer with domain name register, shared web hosting solution according to the specifics of your plan, web design and other services, as indicated on our Web site (hereinafter "Services"). Any of the terms, prices or services offered can be amended, modified or updated by LedSURFIN at any time. Customer is not allowed to resell Hosting Space to the third party without expressed permission from us. Customer is responsible for uploading Web site files and/or providing and setting up any Web site content. LedSURFIN is not responsible for modifying, correcting or updating Web site material. Customer is not authorized to use our services in illegal act, Crime, or any other acts which against the law in any countries. Customer is not allowed to build website about Adult Materials, Crack, Hack, Download Program .exe , MP3, Chat/IRC, Piracy Software, Free web hosting, Free e-mail and spamvertise. Customer is not allowed to run heavy scripts on our server. Customer is responsible to make a payment for hosting fees and domain name renewal fees before the due date of the renewing account and/or domain name, if not your account will not being activated. Any losses or expenses experienced by the Customer, due to actions taken by LedSURFIN in response to Customer non-payment, are not the responsibility of LedSURFIN. We take no responsibility for loss of the content or information contained on our Customers' Web sites or within their e-mail. The contents, opinions and views expressed in the Customer web pages hosted by LedSURFIN do not necessarily reflect our views. Also, they are not monitored or reviewed in any way before they appear on the Internet. We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time, for the reason of a breach of this Agreement. Fees for products and services are non-refundable. Customer agrees to abide by all terms outlined in this agreement and accepts the result from any breach of our terms & conditions.
